Ranges from $699 – $845/night for up to 8 people depending on the day and time of year;
$45/person/night for additional people (12 max);
$175 Cleaning Fee;
Plus applicable Vermont taxes;
Additional charges for Grand Ball Room events vary. (eg. Corporate Meetings, movie nights, parties with additional guests, etc.)

First time renters may go through AIRBNB or VRBO.

Repeat guests OR referred guests (use the referral name in your query.) Referred guests include people referred by past guests.
