Karin’s Place is the IDEAL place for your FAMILY REUNION. Plenty for kids of all ages and sizes (even those who are in their 80s!) Family style dining with up to 26 sleeping in beds. The expansive size of the home allows for plenty of togetherness as well as private time. The kids can play in the North Wing Loft while the adults sip cognac by the fire in the Family Room blissfully unaware of the Wii championship challenges!
If you are over 40, you will know the amazing movie THE BIG CHILL. While the circumstances of their reunion is not ideal, the opportunity to spend some good, quality time with best friends is one to strive for. Karin’s Place is perfect to reconnect with your favorite people!

GRADUATING Seniors (Williams, Bennington, Southern Vermont, MCLA) – have your parents stay at Karin’s Place where they can get to know each other in a more intimate setting!
A little disclaimer… Karin’s Place isn’t a place for strippers, beer pong, drink until you throw up parties. It is more of a retreat. For respite, rejuvenation, relaxing. Parties are great but our guests treat Karin’s Place as they would their own homes. That is what keeps them coming back and leaving the house ready for the next guests!
