The Orchard Club Events and Rentals

Orchard Club Members and Guests Link

Ah. The Grand Ballroom now called The Orchard Club is at the north end of the estate.
And – yes – that is a stage.

The Orchard Club is available for outside rentals as well as add on rentals for the Karin’s Place Guests (with additional fees.) This is a wonderful space for yoga classes, bridal/baby showers, engagement parties, chaperoned graduations parties, MICRO weddings, meetings, fancy dinners, or simply watching movies on the giant drop down screen with surround sound. There are tables and chairs, an incredible sound system, and many other amenities that come with the rental. We have a bar with a kegerator with a tap that your caterer (with license) is welcome to utilize.

Maximum Number of guests for an event: 45

The base rate for the space is $300 for four hours. This includes set up and break down time if you are doing it all on your own. However, WHY would you do it all on your own? You can also hire Jenny to help coordinate your event and set up the space and decorate the space. She can also be your full on party planner. Email for a price sheet.

The Grand Ballroom incurs an additional fee for Karin’s Place Guests depending on the event.

This room is a replica of the Living Room from Robert and Karin’s loft in New York City. A place where many rehearsals took place. And holidays. And parties. Pure joy.
